We bought a leather set was pleased from sale to delivery the set was delivered on time we could not be happier with the style and quality

Have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture over the past 20 years and was VERY disgusted with the customer service. New bed delivered with stain dripping on our carpet???? No explanation could be provided. A service technician was sent, and did clean the carpeting. Honesty would be nice to hear instead of passing the blame onto the delivery personnel. I am done dealing with the middle man. From now on we will go to the company directly via internet. Family owned businesses are putting themselves out of business when they treat loyal customers this way!

Same issues as other bad reviews. Damaged goods, refused to make good, refused access to owner, wouldn't take a message. I signed for 1 price and made a substantial deposit. Call from the nice old saleslady the next day saying she wrote the wrong price and not wanting to quibble, didn't make a fuss. Their excuse for not doing anything was I signed the receipt when we picked up. Mind you, they didn't honor their original bill of sale which I also signed! Shysters. Going to BBB and Attorney General. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER. BAD SERVICE.

We bought what we thought was a solid made in USA recliner. The so so nice sales lady reassured us many times "made in USA". After a few months the chair started dropping screws and hardware. A Calvins man came to "fix" it and lo and behold it is made in China. We recently had a junk removal guy take the chair away. After the initial "repair" it continued to drop hardware and screws constantly. My husband fixed it several times. It wasn't worth the aggravation. Also the sales lady assured us it was real leather ….not so it is bonded creepy leather. The color started to come off within a couple months. The whole experience was unpleasant and a major pia to keep trying tp repair it. Acouple of other buys from Calvins longer ago should have warned us to stay away from there. They will say anything to make a sale.

After some on line research for a strong, highly rated sofa we were directed to Calvin's for their flexsteel product line. The sales rep at Calvin's was excellent and expertly guided us in the selection of a beautiful flexsteel sofa. It arrived sooner than expected. We are so pleased with our purchase that we are going back tomorrow for a chair to match!!!!

Poor Customer Experience. I am a unfortunate Victim making a Deposit to reserve a Table . When I called to cancel the set within days of the Deposit, I was told that I could not cancel, there would be a 30% re-stocking fee. The Furniture had not even left the Building, this was a Floor Model, "Close Out" Furniture Set. Furthermore, there was no Sales Tag listed on the Set? That is another unprofessional attempt to Market your Furniture. I have Furnished Three (3) Homes, and have never been so Poorly regarded from the perpetual requests to Cancel. I am most regretful to have worked with Calvin's Furniture & Leather Gallery, Inc., they will receive no accolades from me, and you should never make a Deposit unless you are 100% sure even if it is Close Out Floor Model Furniture. Furthermore, the Furniture Set did not arrive with any Cushion Padding, or Protection. The Furniture has an Profound Aroma of Must/Mildew, and I am extremely dissapointed at the Price, verses Quality. I would caution anyone purchasing their Inventory.
