I was very unhappy with my recent maid of honor dress that was ordered at Bridal Chateau. It was suggested that I needed a larger size and was charged a $40 up charge. The dress is far too large and I will need to now pay extra for the alterations. I'll be spending an extra $100 on the dress then necessary. I'm hoping they understand the importance of customer satisfaction and fix their mistakes in the future. We ordered 7 dresses for our wedding party, which was a handsome commission for them. I would reconsider before trusting them with a bridal party order.

Salespeople are not real friendly and alterations look like they were done by a 2 year old. DONT GO HERE!

I haven't gotten alterations done yet so i can't speak for that but i had a very pleasant experience at the store. I went in twice and had the same sales associate bc they took down my info and i put a deposit down on a dress. I went in a third time to show an aunt and help me decide between two of them and there was a sample sale! It was a zoo in the place but i had an appointment so i had a dressing room right away and individualized attention the girl was very sweet (mine was tied up). She even helped me to find and try on a different (much less expensive) dress from the sample sale and they let me move my deposit to that dress. Very good for selection too. I would recommend this shop. And they were going to give me a discount on my bridesmaids dresses too. You can't expect individual attention if its a mad house in the place and you don't have an appointment. I also went without an appointment on a quieter night and it was a great experience then too.

I love this salon! All the staff members were so helpful and patient with me and my wedding party. They were affordable and pleasant. The seemstresses were amazing. I bought a sample dress in a size 12 and they able to cut it literally in half to a size 6 without losing a single stitch of detail. They let me make payments over the course of my engagement to allow me to pay for my gown without going into debt. I got all my girls dresses and the flower girl dress from them as well and they were still amazing. I don't recommend any where else for prom or wedding needs.

Now I have been two 3 or 4 places before going here and the service was terrible. I had one dress left to try on and the women helping me said "I know you will not like this dress so lets not even try it". They did not take down my name, fill out a card for me or anything. I aked her to write a number of a dress down so I could come back she wouldn't do that. I would never give these people my money.....Never!

Absolutely wonderfu! Excellent selection, very knowledgable and friendly staff! I had been to a few other bridal shops that just didn't seem to get what I was looking for or want me to try different styles. My sales person combined 7, yes SEVEN photos into one dress and it was absolutely perfect! I can't wait to go pick it up!

I would recommend Bridal Chateau to any Bride to be. I got professional service there because I called ahead and setup an appointment. You should never just show up to a Bridal Salon and expect to get good service. They make customers take there shoes off so that the dresses don't get dirty, it's a good idea. I received great attention at Bridal Chateau and remarkable attention to my dress. The alterations were impeccable. I would recommended getting your dress there.

After reading other reviews I was a little nervous to go into this bridal shop. I went just to browse dresses, but they happily offered to let me try on dresses. The girls that helped me were very nice, patient and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed and they even let me try on a dress that I liked twice, to make sure it was "the one". I would highly recommend this shop!

I was so surprised by some of the reviews! I went here and the staff was very friendly and more than helpful. I even popped in one evening to show my mom the wedding dress I was gonna layaway. The place was packed with girls looking for prom dresses. They were short on staff but one of the ladies took the time to assist us. I was also there this past week for my bridesmaids dresses. No problems at all. They even gave my bridesmaids a discount on the dresses! I love this place. I would recommend it anyone looking for an AMAZING wedding dress. It blows David's Bridal out of the water!!! LOVE IT!!!

I completely agree with her, I went there as a bridesmaid my dress got discontinued and I could not find another dress that was comparable. I wanted a refund on the deposit because at that point I was pregnant and had no services rendered, I only picked out the dress. They refused to give me my money back and honestly if it were other circumstances like I had backed out or something I could see that being fair but the service all in all was horrible

Do not go here. They were very rude and did not listen to anything the person I was with told her what she wanted in a dress. Stay away!

Would never recommend then to anyone! Horrid experience. First off the place was so packed.. you had to literally walk through a bunch of wet smelly shoes from customers in order to get through. Very unprofessional! They could not manage the customers. I (bride) was left on my own to find bridesmaids dresses. Not everyone is comfortable with there body so they don't want staff barging into the dressing areas... at this facility they did. The women who showed us a room after waiting 30 minutes would bash on the door to let her in while they were dressing. She would interrupt us all everytime we tried to give our opinion. We finally left everything where it was and just walked out. They didn't even realize we left. I even called the manager afterwards since we traveled 45 minutes to get to this bridal shop to let her hear how her staff are running her business. She said sorry but did nothing for us. Vere unprofessional would not recommend.
