I've been going over there for years to get my birds seed and feed, got some vegetables for me, and the sweetest wooden deer wall decoration, but never tried their beef. My mistake. Pahl's has the finest meat, and was so helpful, great processing by Ebel's, cut to perfection, have to tip my hat to Pahl's for their quality work and service. They know how to breed the perfect animals, how to pasture and finish their work with art. There's pride in their work, although they're too modest to admit it. Finding Pahl's was a great happenstance. Please drive out that way and see for yourself. There's no chance you will ever regret it.
