Horrible. Completely unjust practice. They do not take any responsibility for their worker's mistakes and I am now in the process of looking for a lawyer. I don't know what else to do because they are now ignoring me.

After paying over $200 out of pocket my daughter ended up with the same infection 2 weeks later. When I called back to see if we could get a different antibiotic, since the one they prescribed is not recommended for firstline treatment they could find no record of my daughter EVER being there. The lab results I got back that I paid $95 for were a simple "everything looks fine" even though she has an infection and blood in her urine? Where is my daughters medical records? They made sure to send me the bill for the labwork, and yet they can't find any record of her even being there? I wouldn't waste my time here ever again, may as well go sit for an hour or two in the ER.
