The previous reviewer has no clue. The employees are the best thing about this bank. They are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Sounds like someone needs to balance their checkbook more often. This bank offers great products and wonderful customer service. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Save yourself some trouble and don't listen to CC from Alexander.

This bank is absolutely horrible. They send you statements that don't have their phone number on them so everytime you get mail that you need to call them about you have to look up their phone number. They allow debits to overdraw your account at all hours of the day because they do your deposits whenever they get around to them.... usually at 4:00 in the afternoon. Then they charge you a $27.50 overdraft fee. There are 2 of us on the account and they provide only 1 check card. Just go with US Bank and save yourself LOTS of hassle.
