I just had two new 14g piercings and an increase in size of two older 14g piercings to12g done by Adam and its official he is my new go to guy for any future work. The shop was clean and all the staff where very friendly. I will most definitely be recommending Steel Rod to all my friends.

My mom and I went in on a whim -- she wanted to get her ears pierced and Steel Rod is the closest place to home. I've wanted my septum done for a while, so I figured I may as well get it done at the same time. When we walked in Jeremy (tattoo artist) greeted us and told us to talk to Adam, the piercer. After a few minutes he came into the lobby, apologized for making us wait and got right to business. He was very friendly, explained to my mom everything he was doing and why and also did the same with me, despite the fact that I've had multiple piercings before. He's organized, very thorough, and made sure we had a great experience. The price is reasonabe, but the quality, skill and overall experience were all far better than I'd expected of a little hole in the wall place.

The shop itself is impeccably kept. The decor is inviting, the couches comfortable, and the flash books/posters and portfolios easily accessible from anywhere in the lobby. It's definitely a diamond in the rough, and I can't wait to go back and do business with Adam and the tattoo artists again!
