They are very comfortable liars.

First experience three years ago: My wife took damaged flower pot tagged $5 to checkout. Manager was called to register and he told my wife it would be $40. Possibly doesn't like Asian woman looking for deals.

Last experience occurred April 28, 2013: After not visiting their store for two years, decided to give them another chance. Fall, 2012, I was looking for unusual (for Colorado) variety of tree which they said they would order for me. Took down specific info from me, name, number, size of tree container, etc. Would notify me this spring. Had not received call and decided to drop in to politely inquire . They acted like there was never a list and, quite frankly, it was apparent they never had any intention of ordering anything. They also said there were no Streetkeeper Honeylocusts this year, which, as it turns out, was another blatant lie. Afterward, I found several out of state wholesale tree farms with them in inventory. Will never set foot in store again.

This is a horrid, horrid place. I bought 4 trees and insured them. I paid $110 a piece. Three trees died. When I tried to replace them last summer, they stalled and stalled until it was too late. This spring I had to INSIST that they be replaced. They FINALLY replaced them with trees priced at $70. When I brought this to their attention, they were rude and hung up on me. The management is hostile and unprofessional. I will never never go back there. Do NOT believe what they say.

They gave me trees that cost $70. When I told them that they didn't replace the trees with trees of equal value, they became rude and hung up on me.
