When I went to see dr hamoui I did no know what to expect,I was a little nervous. The doctor and staff quickly attended to me and explained in great detail what my options where.we decided to address the problem at that time . The way the staff and doctor treated me was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. Thank you all

After seeing my regular dentist, I was referred to West Shore Endodontics. I was very anxious about this procedure as I had veneers on the tooth that was giving me soooo much pain. Upon entering his office, I was cheerfully greeted and immediately felt better, still anxious though. The office was exceptionally clean and the décor had a very soothing effect on me. Rachel, the doctors assistant, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I met Dr. Hanny Hamoui I felt immediately at ease. He explained everything to me, including showing me on the monitor what exactly was the issue was and what he will be doing. After the novacaine was applied, he counted down from 3,2,1 after each injection. WOW out of pain!!!!!!! The procedure went faster than I thought and all my worrying was over. I took pain meds only after the procedure as I did not know how I would feel once the numbness wore off. Today is the next day and I'm still pain free . I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Hanny Hamoui if anyone is in need of a root canal, he is the Doctor to see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many many thanks to his staff for being able to fit me in the next day and to Dr Hanny for his knowledge and expertise and calming manner!!!! Really if I could give a 10 star rating I would but you can give only 5. So 5 it is!!!!

After neglecting my dental care and avoiding the dentist for way too long, I have had an extensive list of dental work which has included 3 root canals this past year. Dr. Hamoui was the third endodontist I had gone to as the first 2 I had some issues with. Dr. Hamoui was gentle and did EVERYTHING he could to make me comfortable and let me tell you...I made him work for that money as for some reason I just wouldn�t go all the way numb. We had to take the small victories. He talked me through everything and was so kind. The last root canal I had I cried all night from pain once the anesthesia wore off and had to keep taking pain medication for 2 days. Today after I�m only having some mild jaw discomfort from having my mouth open for the hour. Thank you Kristin and Dr. Hamoui for your great care and making me as comfortable as possible!! Hopefully I�ll never need another root canal, but if I do West Shore Endodontics will be my place!!
