I was out of country and I have to call this company to fix my walking cooler in my restaurant, they say that was a leak in the gas pipe, after 4 minutes they say that the problem was fixed. I knew from that moment that they was to take my money for nothing, like always happen with a lot of company like these people. I say how is posible to replace or fix a leak in 4 minutes and charge me $495.00. So they say that they was to charge the gas again and replace a screw, they leave the restaurant and don't came back until next day. They came back, replace the screw, take the money, sign a paper for 2 years guaranty and disappear. The walk-in cooler still not working so I cal these people again and who answer the phone say that they will call me back soon, after 4 hours I call again and same thing, they will call back, after 3 hours I call again and same thing, finally no body call back, THESE PEOPLE JUST TAKE THE MONEY , THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND JUST GET AWAY WITH MY MONEY. Until today, two weeks later still no body call me back to fulfill with the guaranty. Any way I have to call another company that came right away and fix everything very well done.
