the staff and the doctor are very professional and polite. they treat you like a human being who needs help as opposed to many other offices that treat you like a number and have a clear "I don't care for you and your pain one bit" in their eyes and facial expressions. Thankfully, there are still offices in my borough that treat patients and run the process to the contrary - that is, with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I highly recommend Vista Dental based on my own recent experience.

My elderly father had a displaced dental bridge. He needed a dentist to install it back. I found a dentist near his home, who excepted his insurance, which was Vista Dental. They installed it, and it fell off the next day. I called the office and asked to speak to the dentist who did the work. I explained what happened and wanted to speak to the doctor to ask what he recommends to do next. The doctor never called me back. I tried to call them back numerous times, but still no response from the doctor. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Highly recommend! Bring all my kids here. My 4 year old actually loves coming to the dentist now
