This is the worst post office in Brooklyn they put you on hold for over an hour and nobody comes to the phone. When u hang up and call again the number is busy u can't get through. Their service is unbelievable my packages never get delivered there is always a problem. I wish they would improve its been years since these problems and nobody seems to make their service improves this is really ridiculous.

The US Post Office is known for it's slow service, uncaring employees and long lines. That being said, this one has got to be the worst in the entire United States of America. Their hours (9a - 5p Mon - Fri) make it impossible to pick up a package if you have a regular job outside of the neighborhood (which is probably 95% of us). This is an absolutely ridiculous place, where the lines go on forever, there are never more than two people "working" and the rude lazy city worker stereotype is in full swing. Do yourself a favor and have your packages sent to your office in Manhattan. At least you'll have a better chance of actually receiving it.

This post office is the worst - no package ever gets delivered properly - they leave you final notices without first and second notices and it is miles away from Cobble Hill which it allegedly services. Now they have had funding cut and you have to wait in the general mail line to get the package which was not properly delivered in the first place.

A joke. Attempts to serve Carroll Gardens as well as Red Hook when a 6-lane highway separates the two neighborhoods! The workers do their best, but it's a nightmare geting there to pick up packages.

This post office is horrible. The lines are long. The workers are not helpful, and are very disrespectful. Just about all the workers have a nasty, nasty, nasty attitude. I wish someone would make them also answer their phones. I called and the phone rang for at least 20 minutes no matter which area you called for. That is just disgraceful. I am so disgusted with them. I wish there was someone I could complain to, but even they probably dont answer their phones. This post office doesnt even merit a star. I rolled over a star because I could not submit this if I didnt.

Office is dirty & TINY. Lucky if there are 2 windows open. LONG wait, line consistently stretches to front door. Stamp machine usually out of order.
