I thought service like that no longer exists. Or died in USSR. But I guess not! They will yell at you. They wont pick a phone. Thell tell you nothing is their problem. Theyll be RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL. So get ready!!! They do not want to deal or answer any of my inquiries, or resolve the problem. Package didnt arrive? NOT THEIR PROBLEM. They arent neither professional people or nice people. These guys are just like in ex Soviet countries- they dont give a f. Well, gladly we are in civilized country so illl be working with BBB to claim their license, level of service and overall legal resistance. Say goodbye to your new clients!!!

They promised me my phone would get to Moscow in 3 days and it took 5, I called the office and they reminded me that customs some times takes a day or two to clear the package. They did tell me that in store so everything worked out fine.

Their FedEx Intl service was great, I mailed a laptop and it got there in 3 days as promised.

Was trying to work with United Air & Parcel company to ship some goods to Russia and Ukraine. Lots of promises of delivery on time and custom clearance. Non of witch is they can do. My shipment was delay for almost a month!!! Russian custom held it for another month and they nothing can do with it, Bad customer service on the phone, Bad experience and prices are high. My suggestion is don't deal with this company ever!!!
