Unreliable is their middle name. Did not show up multiple times to replace a sidewalk for me. They had already obtained the permit (paid for by me), which then expired because he was always out doing other jobs. When they finally showed up, they made me pay for a new permit. I was forced to pay for it as they had already broken up the sidewalk and they said they would not pour the new sidewalk unless I agreed to pay. Within 6 months, a crack appeared in the sidewalk which they refused to even come look at. They insisted it was the company that supplied the concrete that was responsible. That's like me buying a car, the car rusting in 6 months, and the carmaker saying they are not responsible, it's the steelmaker's fault. Ridiculous. I would give a zero rating if it was available.
