On may 7, 2009 I arrived at 8:30 A.M. and saw a number of people waiting outside this facility. Though the hours are from 7:00A.M. to 2:30 P.M. no one was at the facility and it was locked. A man told me he had been waiting since 7:00 A. M. There was no sign posted concerning the delay and there was no way to reach a person on the telephone since it is only a recorded announcement. This is very unprofessional and even can be dangerous for some people who have health issues where just going to a lab causes some distress.
