I went in with two new puppies I didn't know what to do with, then this very nice lady who really knows whats she's doing, walks me through step by step, what to get, where to keep the pets, how to use the wee wee pads, etc.., etc.., Im sure it would have been a nightmare and I would've been kicked out of my apt. already if she didn't show me the tricks she did. This is the kind of service you need when you go into a petshop.
