My friend Cindy told me to stop in at Plaza and gave me the name of the guy who helped her with her car. E was great, he asked me what I wanted, what colors and never tried to dissuade me from my choice, which was on sale. E did give me options and explained them, but never pushed them. It was really nice to be treated like someone who actually knew what they were doing. Great experience. They delivered it to me just two days later. I love it.

I thought I liked Plaza, I really like them I had a service issue and my rep helped me out. Plus he gave me a phone number of an insurance company Plaza had negotiated a group rate discount for, and I saved money. Now that's 5 star service.
