General Info
MYoga was created to offer students of all levels the opportunity to connect with their bodies and practice yoga at their own pace. We combine traditional yoga and muscle strength development to increase flexibility, tone muscle, and learn to connect with your body.We encourage students to gradually work into poses. We do not emphasize "snobby" yoga, but rather welcome students of all levels to ease their minds and relax their souls.Our teachers are happy to help students with poses and ask each student to go at his or her own pace. Yoga is meant to ease tension, not stress the body. All classes are donation-based. These donations keep the studio running and allow us to offer our students a tremendous experience, as well modify schedules/classes based on their suggestions. The recommended payment is $10. Some students give more, some give less. If a student cannot give $10, we will not prevent him or her from participating in a class. These classes are meant to include everyone, not exclude. The students who are able to give more are encouraged to do so as it benefits everyone in the studio. Donations are simply placed in a box at the end of class.
