I purchased 6 West Indian bangles during the Thanksgiving Holiday 2013. One of them broke in half. I called management and they told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. Since I live in NC, I sent it to my auntie. Waiting to see what happens. They were very nice and willing to handle the issue.
