This is our 1st trip to New York City. Harbor City Car Service was recommended to us by the hotel we're staying at. We called and the car arrived at the exact time of our reservation. Traffic to our destination was dreadful, but our driver easily and safely maneuvered in and out. On the return trip, we hit major traffic challenges, but our driver, Freddie, knew different routes to get around the traffic. He was not only knowledgeable on the roads, but also gave us several tips on where to buy specific souvenirs. He also took the time to point out many interesting sites along the road. He very well represented Harbor View Car Service. Their website states that they provide safe, friendly and efficient service. I can attest that they do.

This is the greatest car service I have ever used. They are always prompt, and courteous. I usually use them to get to work in the morning, and if I'm running late, they go out of their way to get me a car. Just calling them is a pleasure since they are always so pleasant on the phone.
