The FutureWork Institute is a women-owned business enterprise that provides services in the areas of workforce and organizational development. Its services include awareness training, diversity councils and learning rooms, management skills programs, executive-level briefing, employee networks and organizational assessments. In addition, it offers global and career diversity services, speakers for company events, harassment avoidance methods, and work and life flexibility impact, and career research. The organization has been operational for more than 15 years, and serves leading companies, such as American Express, Pfizer, Inland Revenue, New York Hospital, Citibank, DaimlerChrysler, Florida Power and Light, Union Carbide, Ogilvy and Nortel.
