Dimitry Rabkin is very rude, arrogant "Doctor". I have chronic sore throat. I tried to explain my problem many time but he did not listen me at all. After that I tried talk to assistants but they didn't too. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I wasted my time and money. It was my first and last visit there. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I would highly recommend him. He treated me for twelve years. Very knowledgeable.

Schedule an appointment. Two days later was told that my appointment was canceled "mistake". I ask if my insurance wasn't good enough and I can pay for my visit by cash because it is emergency situation, but the answer was: "cash is illegal". Sorry I didn't know that. Very knowledgeable doctor, smart and courteous. Nice modern office, everything in one place. I had my audio evaluation and allergy testing done at the same day. It took a while but I got my results immediately and started my treatment soon after that.

This guy is all about money!!! Never going back again and don't recommend to anyone. He saw me for less than 2 minutes and charged over $1000 to my insurance. Overdramatized my condition saying that I was not fit to take a flight and needed to return to his office in a few days for follow-up. I went to another doctor at Beth-Israel and was told that I had nothing major and took a flight next day.
