spent half an hour on the phone with them and they hung up on me. they told me to wait one hour and its been over 2 hours and again i called and again they put me on hold for 10 min and hung up on me again. really just outstanding service. if you are waiting for them, you can probably go to the gym and food shopping and take 2 naps and when you wake, you will still be waiting for them.

This company is garbage. They are so irresponsible. My mother is a dialysis patient that had to be picked up 3x a wk, and many times they never showed up. Called the company don't know who was worse employees or the boss. Gave run arounds. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the most unprofessional transportation service ever. Majority of their clients are disabled and/or quite ill. My mother is in a wheelchair and lives on a 3rd floor walk up, we help her down the stairs and her usual driver brings down the wheelchair, problem is when he isn't available they send incompetent drivers who refuse to even help bring down the wheelchair. When i call the company they rudely told me to call the Dialysis center my mother goes to and then hung up on me. I have heard many complains from other people whom use this service, the complain seems to stem around their drivers more then anything. Knowing they have sick and disabled people to pick up on a daily basis and being that the name of the company is Courtesy, at the very least they should train their drivers/dispatchers on Courtesy! Find another transportation company if you can. Trust me, avoid the headaches!

CourtesyTransportation Service does not have any courtesy at all for their customers. In two weeks my mother has had two awful experiences with them. The first one my mother called as soon as she was done with her appointment and she was told that it would take an hour for her pick up. 4 hrs later they never showed up. She had to take the train with her helath aid. She called a couple of times and at one time was told that the driver had already picked her up and dropped her off at home. Meanwhile she is still at the hospital lobby waiting. The second time her health aid called and wait for almost 1 hr 30 mins. I called myself and 40 mins passed before she was picked up. It is 5:30 and I finally call her and she tells me that they dropped her off at Bklyn Hospital to wait ffor another ambulette to pick her up and take her home. This is ridiculous the way they function. Some of their customers are elderly people who are not well or are disable. Think about it before calling them.
