One of the worst customer service experience I can imagine.
Very rude disrespectful owner is running the place.
I do not want to deal with this company but unfortunately my apt’s management company uses them so I had to deal with them multiple times.
How fixing HVAC can be this bad?

i called this company because the name caught my eye when i was surchasing for a repair company for my furnace. it hasnt been working properly for a while. i had a few companies in last byear and they all wanted to sell me a new furnace. i didnt have the money then and my situtaion hasnt gotten any better. my furnace is only 10 years old and i thought they last longer than that or at least thats what i was told and read. i spoke to patrick at blizzard and he set up an appointment. two men came out. they checked the equipment and one of them asked me alot of questions. it turns out we had construction performed in our house and opened some walls in the basement and the gas line was rerouted. blizzard showed me that the gas line was drasticly reduced to get thru a section of the wall about 40 feet so the unit wasnt getting the right amount. they opened the wall chnaged the gas line to the right siza and the unit doent run so long anymore and warms the house alot quicker. i saw the difference in my bill the first month. the bill was a hole lot cheaper than changing my furnace.

My heat stopped working, no warning just wouldn't turn on. I called another place in Brooklyn, they wanted a credit-card authorization filled out. I have then my email and never got it.
Called these guys they came out danger day, the cost of the visit covered the repair. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable service person.
I'll use these guys in the future, and will recommend to others.

a chistmas miracle............... it was xmas eve about 1030 pm my whole family and kids were over for the holiday. my mother said she felt cold, i said i would turn up the heat. the heat never came up. i tried for one hour calling different companies, the few that returned my call asked if they could come in the morning due to the holiday, i understood but my family was cold. the heat probably wenrt out earlier in the day but my wife had so much cooking going on we didnt even notice. i recieved a call from barry at blizzard mechanical, he said he was on duty and if i wanted service he would provide it. he showed up in one hour, he checked the furnace and told me he could get us going till tommorw, which it already was. he instructed me on what to do in case of a problem and said he would be back with the parts in the morning. i felt the heat blowing throughb the vents right away. this company was a life saver and they came to me on a holiday. i cant say enough,thank you BLIZZARDMECH
