- Employment ContractEmployment Contract – Our client was sued by his former employer for alleged breaches of his Employment Contract. We vigorously defended the case and we prevailed at Arbitration. The employer then appealed the decision and the matter was scheduled for Trial. Despite having spent a considerable sum on attorneys’ fees and Court costs, the employer then withdrew the case on the eve of Trial, with no payment whatsoever from our client.
