I have only one problem w/Kopps on Bluemound and once you notice it you will always watch for it. When they make a standard malt (say chocolate or strawberry) watch the cup they make it in. They will finish a making a malt and hang the silver cover and let the drippings go into a cup - your cup when they make your malt. They do not start with a fresh clean cup and depending on how long it's been sitting there, you could have an inch of warm milk in the bottom of your malt. Doesn't seem very sanitary and it does affect how the malt tastes! I finally asked about it and the girl working said management makes them use the leftovers because of wasting the leftover malt. I simply asked her to make it in a clean cup which she happily did but I felt embarrassed to call her over to ask for a clean cup. She thought it was disgusting too. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POLICY ON THIS. As any customer service class will tell you a dissatisfied customer tells more people than satisfied one!

This custard business has the BEST custard in the area, and the burgers are HUGE.
