- Irrigation SystemsThe 150,002-square-foot building is being built by Hunzinger Construction. The building will feature 32’ clear height, 60-foot speed loading bays, two drive-in doors, 10 loading dock doors, interior LED lighting, and an ESFR sprinkler system. There will be 102 car parking spaces and up to 43 trailer parking spaces. Sitework began in May and the expected completion date is early December.
- CarpentryZUND North American Headquarters is located at 8142 South 6th Street in Oak Creek, WI. Hunzinger served as Construction Manager for this new 61,000 SF headquarters that includes offices, product display, training for both customers and employees, warehousing for their product and miscellaneous materials that support the install and servicing of Zund equipment. The building includes 2 loading docks for shipping and receiving. The striking building was designed by Graf & Tolosa, Inc. of San Francisco, serving as Master Architect and EUA, serving as the Project Architect. Hunzinger self-performed all concrete and rough and finish carpentry for the project.
- MasonryThis extensive office build out was designed by EUA with M&M Office Interiors completing the interior design, space planning and providing all the furniture for the new offices. The primary intent of the planning and design always put the children and their wish experience at the forefront, so the project included drastically improved parent-child interaction space, a large secured “toy” closet for the wish kids and a large storage space to help support their outreach and fundraising activities. The project also included new work stations, offices, restrooms, a conference and video training room, volunteer work area and break room and welcoming lobby. Hunzinger self-performed all rough and finish carpentry, some selective demo, masonry and concrete work.
