What a mess! I ordered my bridesmaids dress in March. The other bridesmaids had their dresses within a couple weeks of ordering. I was originally told I would have mine on May 24th (which they deny) so I scheduled an alterations appointment for May 27th (I mean really, if you hadn't told me May 24th why on earth would I have scheduled and alterations appointment for the 27th, I have better things to do than randomly schedule appts. On the 24th they told me it would acctually be in June 7th. I continually followed up (approx 4-5 phone calls). I called two days ago (June 7th) and it is not in. They then told me it left the warehouse on June 9th and wouldn't be in until June 14th (why they can't overnight it is beyond me). I have to leave for the wedding on the 17th and will have no time to get the dress altered. When I mentioned that to the manager she had the nerve to say "Are you sure you even need it altered? " I told her I can't answer that because I STILL don't have my dress.
