Our Subacute Rehab Program is the Highest Level of Therapy you can receive outside of a hospital setting. We boast an All-Private Room, 28-bed Short-Term Subacute Rehab Unit. Private Rooms / Suites are FREE for Medicare / Private Insurance patients. Phone, Cable TV, Wifi & Laundry Services are also FREE for Short-Term Rehab patients. Care-Age also offers 24-Hour Skilled Nursing Care, Long-Term Nursing Home Care & Palliative/Hospice Care.
