We have specialized in the re-housing of special needs populations- homeless, physically handicapped, mobility impaired families and individuals. The typical process has involved the identification of both an apartment and a household that is ready for independent living. An intensive interview of the household is conducted; current housing references are checked for ability to adhere to rules (curfew etc.) and appropriate social interaction (ability to be a good neighbor). Verification of income is also completed. Family composition verification involves receiving copies of birth certificates, marriage licenses, green cards, etc..

Barry Susman â€“ Owner has a doctorate in psychology and has worked in affordable housing for twenty years. Property Management experience includes the management of twenty-two apartments and two commercial units at 948 E 179th. Susman was responsible for stabilizing this building after purchase by private investors. The building was in a state of despair. The building was repaired using current rent roll and prepared for re-sale approximately 1.5 years later. Currently, we manage an eighteen-unit condominium building. The property has a parking low, laundry room and landscaped public areas. We have managed this property since October 2003.
