At The Property Event Center, we strive to provide a wonderful experience for your event, from birthday parties, class reunions, career fairs, wedding and corporate events. All events include the following in the rental: +/-5,400 ft ballroom area, dining area with full bar, 40 square tables, 120 chairs, 5 bistro tables and 40 barstools, intergraded sound system with wireless microphone, 3 tv's with audio/video inputs, projector screen, 4 arcade games (no coins required) giant Jenga and 2 cornhole sets. Separate men's and women's restrooms with 4 stalls each. We also have Bride and Groom dressing areas that are separated from each other.
