Waiting for cab around 30 min in freakin outside. but a cab didn't show up.

I called an operater, the guy said he called but I didn't pick up the call. BUT i didn't get anything cuz I was waiting the cab in freezing outside. THEN, I ordered another cab. Waiting outside for 20 min, but the cab didn't show up, so I called. The operater said the guy kept calling you, but you didn't pick the phone. Again, I was waiting outside for 20 min with my phone. I said my phone number 4 or 5 times slowly but surely. But the operater freaked and kicked me off.



I don't think it is a good service even though it was the 3 in the morning.

THIS IS CRAZY, why they freaked. no, I WANT.

Excellent Service! Way better than the smelly, brainless Cowens Drivers. Yellow Drivers know where they are going and are always way more handsome and know all the shortcuts to keep the fare as low as possible. Yellow has three times as many Taxis in Brockton than Cowens and that means wait times are always less, but even if i have to wait a little longer I would still go with yellow over Cowens because Cowens Drivers are trained to always go the long way to rip you off!
