Absolutely terrible customer service. They will not honor coupons they have issued without adding restrictions that are not shown on the coupon. Two weeks in a row we received only half of our order. When questioned, we were told that we had never placed the other part of the order. Speaking with the manager was a nightmare. He was rude and confrontational and told us we were barred from placing any more orders. Not a problem. We had no plans of ever ordering from them again.

I had heard good things about Avanti's Pizza in Medina, but I must say that the pizza and boneless wings I got at the Brockport location were not acceptable. The regular appearance of the pizza crust, the perfect pizza slice size, the texture of the dough and cheese all indicate that it was a frozen or out of the box pizza. I should have known better than to order boneless wings, but it sounded good. Perhaps I am wrong in my observations, but I've baked a few frozen pizza's and this sure tasted like one of those!
