Save a few hundred dollars and get your blinds at Lowe's or Home Depot. The people at Professional Blinds will tell you that you won't get the lifetime warranty from home improvement stores that they will give you. THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO YOU EITHER!!! I have called several times and not one person has come yet. I even had a scheduled appointment once and nobody came to fix the blinds. Also the quality of the blinds are not what they say. We had ours installed in September of 2009 and have had problems since November of 2009. The chords are all trapped inside and cannot to be used to adjust the blinds anymore. I have left several messages and they are not returning my phone calls. They should be called UNprofessional Window Treatment.
