Attitudes horrible but really knows what he's doing. That's all that matters very good at his job. Didn't take long at all would call and asked if I wanted the work done and how much it would be. And good prices not to high at all.

Met Ken 15 or 20 years ago and have always found him to be very thorough and meticulous when fixing computer issues. He never leaves a stone unturned when trying to figure something out. He's always resourceful and tries to correct the issue rather than just wipe & reload like many technicians would because it's easier. He's careful to preserve documents and pictures if you don't have them backed up and has miraculous ways of finding and restoring "lost" data!

I have relied on him for years to take care of a series of MacBooks, iPhones, home glitches in my home and office wireless. He's responsive right away. Sometimes he can solve the problem with instructions over email. Always his calmness and depth of knowledge start improving things fast, and he doesn't leave until it's fixed.
