The receptionist for the non emergency police line named Kim has to be the WORST at costumer service and being clear with her instruction on getting a police report. I am trying to get everything sorted out and she is nothing but negative, misleading, and I am not sure how she got that position. I recommend hiring someone that is helpful and pleasant. She really brought me down, and is making me feel like I am being left in the dark. It is unreal that talking to someone the way she talked to me is acceptable in a professional setting. Something should be done about this.
