This place does not deserve a single star. I went to them several years ago and left because of their attitude but since I changed insurances I had to go back. When I called yesterday, the receptionist was not the friendliest, she took all of my information down and said that she would call back if there was an issue with my insurance. I never received such a call, so I assumed my appointment was still on. I got there 20 minutes early, and the receptionist, Deb, gave me an attitude right away. She had the audacity to lie and said she called and left a message and I explained I never received a call, which only made her attitude worse. She also looked down at me for having Medicaid. How dare you treat someone different just because they cannot afford normal healthcare. Not only was going there a waste of time, but you have no business being in customer service. I cannot believe how upset I am right now. I was treated horribly. They do not deserve to have a business with their attitudes.

I came back here after a year (had a different dentist) and when they did my check up, the lady picked at a filling and it broke off. I explained to her I'd rather get it removed since it was so far back, that it wasn't needed. They REALLY wanted to fix it. So I got it extracted along with one that has been stuck in my upper gum (there was a deal). I set up an appointment for my 6 month check up and called to cancel due to an icky wye infection. They didn't charge me the $50 fee, but the receptionist was extremely rude. So I rescheduled for the next Tuesday. They've been calling my mother to confirm, so after she got off the phone with her, I called them from mine and they didn't answer. And i mean RIGHT AWAY. I left a message, not stating my time (they know I work I til 2). I didn't get an email this time, either. Don't say it's my fault I missed it, she should have heard in the VM that I was unsure of the time.
End of story, I missed my appointment by 20 minutes because it was scheduled at 10:20. I just don't want to go there anymore, rude peoppe.

I went there to have a crown done and when they sent it to the lab they said the the prep work for it was so bad that they could not even make a crown for it and told me to not go back. So now I have to go to another dentist to have it fixed and pay for it all myself and what is worse that sent me a bill for the whole procedure when the crown was not even made or put in, it may be because the receptionist is dumber than a box or rocks!

This is the most wonderful dentist ever. Kim is always a plesure to deal with and is excellent at handling, understanding and explaining your insurance coverage and benefits. Doctor Rondeau is gentle and extremely through, professional. The entire staff has the ability to make visiting the dentist an enjoyable necessity as opposed to a grueling unavoidable necessity. My husband and I have been patients of Grand River Dental for about three or four years and constantly refer anyone we hear who needs an excellent dentist to Grand River Dental.
