Hygienist did very very good work, never see my teeth more clean then today her name was Katie bishop, thanks to her again, and my dentist lyndon Mata was very knowledgeable, even the receptionist was really good to me I call and they get on apoiment for me right away, thanks again

Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist, was very friendly and professional. Lupe was exceptional and so was Dr. Smiley. As a new patient I was very impressed.

A new patient recently came into the office for a new patient exam. While he (patient) was checking in, we had two other patients checking in as well. The other two patients were established patients and we knew them by name. As he was leaving the office and setting up his appointment for a crown that needed to be done, he said he was extremely impressed with the office taking the time to get to know each patient on a first name basis. It was a customer service skill that is overlooked too often today and it made him much more comfortable coming back to our office in the future.
