We offer Tang Soo Do, a Traditional Korean Martial Arts that offers fitness, Martial Artistry, weapons, and self defense. Classes taught Monday through Thursday at various locations. Locations include: Bridgewater Fitness Center, East Bridgewater YMCA, Taunton YMCA, and Middleboro YMCA. Classes catered to kids, adults, and more. No obligations or monthly contracts.
