US Property & Appraisals ordered an appraisal from our company on 6/4/08. This appraisal was completed on 6/5/08. The fee was $400 and we have never been paid. We have left numerous messages and never once received a call back. In doing some research, MANY people are in the same boat we are in. They are deadbeats who do not pay for work they request and apparently, even owe the leasing company from where there office is located. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. Pay your bills USPA.
