DON'T believe the "FREE ESTIMATE" website statement...Called for an estimate & the service person mentioned that it's free if you purchase the produce from them...They would not give me a written estimate (which was implied to me) to send to an insurance company...I would NOT recommend using this business for purchasing anything...

They called me back requesting a $40 fee to remove the old carpet AFTER installation was complete. I pointed out that this was NOT stated in the business agreement that I signed. Get Floored still felt I was obligated to pay this fee so I did so and moved on. They will never get my business again and I certainly cannot recommend them. This was a penny-wise and dollar-foolish business move on their part.
