There is no doubt that Fast Lane is the best car wash in Putnam County. From top to bottom, they excel in customer service and satisfaction. I have been going there for a couple years now for car washes and detailing, and Jim the owner really takes care of his customers. I have never driven out of there unsatisfied or feeling that 100% wasn't put in. The staff really takes pride in their work, and work well as a team. I have sent my family and friends to Fast Lane and this is the only place they will go to now. To me consistency is the most important thing in any business, which I have found many other car washes lack. Fast Lane is not only consistent, but they are thorough and don't cut any corners, and have the best prices in town!

Unprofessional, they don't put down paper on the seat to protect it. No floor covering either. I'm hoping they put plug back in properly and filter is tight. Left there feeling skeptical that they knew what they were doing. Scarey place!!

I will never go here again. They don't know what they are doing. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection, but the check engine light came on and it failed. I can understand that. What I don't understand is how they passed it for the safety portion and my brake line was about to go. And on top of that they screwed up a friends car which magically started leaking from the radiator the second he got there. Funny how there was no holes in the skid plate though. Must've been his lucky day that the second they worked on it they "found" a leak. Even tried replacing the skid plate so he couldn't see it. Then they deny everything and said he had to have hit something. What a joke. Go here if you want incompetent people working on your car. Who knows, you might get to spend more money fixing what they break.

Used to go there when it was Mt Maya, the old owner was grouchy, the cash was wasn't working right and my last oil change, they claimed to check all the fluids, yet a week later I was low on power steering fluid and out of window washing fluid... Went there today, now its Fast Lane, the whole mayan thing is now gone, the place is cleaner and much nicer, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I had a full oil change and clean out, pricing was very reasonable and they offered a full car wash for free with the change, I only had time for just a quick outside wash, so they actually told me, next time I'm there, they'd still honor the full wash. I have to say this is a major turn around for this place, I highly recommend going there, great place, great staff and certainly a great new owner.

As a long time customer of the previous ownership, I've been disappointed as the place became run down, the car wash was not fully working and one of my oil changes left my vehicle missing wiper and power steering fluids.I was exceptionally pleased today with the new owner and it's now Fast Lane, I received a proper and professional oil change and a car wash for a good price, would highly recommend to all, and will be bringing my other car there shortly.

I just recently had my oil changed at Fast Lane which came with a free car wash and I was very impressed with the quality they provide, the helpful and friendly staff, and especially the new owner who went out of his way to greet me and introduce himself. I have never had such a good experience at a car wash and I have been getting my truck washed for over 10 years at multiple places. Mt Maya Car Wash (the previous owner) does not compare to this new establishment, as they have really turned the business around completely. I will only be giving Fast Lane my business because they are the best quality for the price, the customer service is second to none, and they are very easy access right off Route 22. I look forward to going back!!!
