I really was looking forward to getting my hair done here- liked the ambiance, excited I got on of the 'orogals', staff, but my cut was a disaster! My layers were 45, NOTHING, and 45 again, like they forgot the middle of my head! I went to the beauty school, and they fixed it! Also used it as a teachable moment~

Highly recommended. Have my hair done the 1st time with Lindsey and she was so great and very good with my little girl as well, all the girls there were great and the place was nice i felt like i was in salon in NY.. loved the music.

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! THEY ARE UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST FASHIONS AND ARE SO FUN!! ALL THE GIRLS ARE SO NICE AND VERY HELPFUL IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AND REGINA IS BUSY. I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK FOR WHAT I WANT SHE JUST KNOWS. I LOVE IT!!!!! ALSO VERY PROUD TO BE A CUSTOMER OF A SALON THAT WORKS AS A TEAM TO GIVE TO CANCER RESEARCH THROUGH A FUN WAY. THANKS GIRLS! Absolutely awesome salon! The best stylists in the greater Bangor area, especially Lindsay!

Knowledgeable, smart & sassy, friendly, and the best stylists I have found anywhere so far in the down east area. My one complaint is the music...often times it is too loud, too mindlessly thumping. But they will gladly turn the sound down if you ask. Me, I like the classics, be it rock, jazz, classical, at a low decibel.

I did not care for the service that I received in this salon. I did not like my cut, it was uneven, the color was not at all what I wanted. I also thought that the music was to loud.

I received a terrible hair cut. The girls at this salon where very snobby and rude. I will never return to this salon again! I came to the salon for a new updated style and I am not pleased what I got. Not the 1st class salon that I expected especially with the high prices that they charge at this salon!

I went to this salon to get a color which turned out bad. Then got attitude when I asked that it be fixed. Then proceeded to use thinning shears on me when I explicitly said not to. I can't even wear my hair down now because it looks like a frizzy mess. Wish I could give zero stars

I loved the L Factor! I didn't care for the place the girls were before, too dark and no one was very nice to me. At the L Factor I feel like I'm important, the place is very nice and the girls do a great job. Yeah it cost more then say, a hair cut at the mall, because this is not a regular hair cut. I've been looking for an idea for a new hair cut just so i can go get my hair cut again! I'm the type that goes almost a whole year before getting my hair cut but I can't wait to go back! I can't believe anyone would see this place as "low class" It's so much better then any place around.

I can not believe that anyone could be dissapointed with The L Factor. These girls have done an amazing job bringing class and high quality hair to Maine! There is not another salon like this in our state! If you want a great experience you need to go see the girls at The L Factor. KK-1 must just be a hater who doesn't wish these girls the best of luck!

I was very disappointed with this salon. I was expecting a 1st class salon, since the owners came from another great salon. I will be going back to that salon and not return to this salon. It was very tacky and low class.

I was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! Amazing customer service and The best hair cut and color I have ever gotten! I felt like I was in New York......CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
