They over the last few years have work on a number of my gaming laptops and computers. They have been fair, and solved alot of my difficult problems. My only complaint at the most is maybe takes a little long, but that is ok I have lots of computers I can use.

I always knew this place existed but never walked in. I needed a switch for my 7 year old laptop, so I decided to check them out and see if they had spare parts. Never met these people in my life, told them my situation and in 2 minutes the guy( sorry,didn't catch his name) walked in the back and made me a switch with spare parts and didn't even think about charging me. Whenever I need computer work done, I will definitely be going back. Not a glamorous store front but I thought service like that didn't exist anymore. Top notch.

I went to them because they have shown to be stable, 7-8 years in the same location) and the repaired my cpu and my wifes lap top and did it for a very reasonable price

I own a highend laptop that had an issue so I took it to this joint for repair since it is listed as a laptop expert. They said they would contact me after diagnosis within the next few days. After a week I called and they hadn't looked at it yet. Something about the laptop guy was out of town or something. So I waited another week. Called after 2 weeks and they said that it was just a keyboard problem and they would replace it and give me a call. I called after the third week and no-one knew what the heck was up with it and took a message. Later in the third week I called again and then stopped by to get an update. The laptop was in pieces and I was told that it should be complete in a couple days. After another week - Now we are on week 4 - I called and said WTF, they responded that the motherboard needed to be replaced and they were persuing a few calls to China for a new motherboard and it was going to cost 3 to 4 hundred to replace. I told them to put my computer back together and I would come get it, I was just going to find a new one. 2 days later I went to pick up my laptop - they took forever to track it down - and then gave it to me in the computer bag that I brought it in, payed the service fee - and they stated that it was all there. After getting home I opened my computer bag - and low and behold - the computer was in dissarray - keyboard still half off - about 20 screws missing, back cover for CPU internals missing, and my power cord missing. So I snapped it back together after reading about how to do it online for 5 minutes, booted it up and all was well with the exception of the keyboard had a few malfunctioning keys. I called the store and let them know the condition of my laptop and the missing materials, they said come on in and we will make it right. So I went in and they needed the laptop to find the pieces - so I went home and brought the laptop by the following day. The tech that was there that day was appalled at the condition my laptop was left in, he found the power cord, but needed to wait til the other tech - the guy that worked on it - was there to find the other parts. So I had to return again with laptop in hand - he found the cover and replaced it. That is just the start - so I went home and got on line, I ordered a keyboard from sunvalleyus.com for my laptop - after 26.99 and taxes it was sent to me, 2 days later I put it in after reading yet again 5 min of literature on the internet - and my laptop is like brand new. Of course their 4 weeks of crap was really needed. My wife bought a brand new laptop during the 4 weeks due to her job being an on line job - so their lackadaysicle venture cost me about a thousand dollars total. Yet all I needed was 26.99 plus tax and 2 days for shipping, and 10 minutes of literature research, serious thumbs down, I would never refer someone to this establishment.
