Dr. Wuu is great. He was very good with my 17 year old and me. Very easy to talk to. My daughter really like him because he listened to her.

This place is a complete scam and they DO NOT care about you. They just want to get more money out of you! It is horrible--I went in for a prescription for my ear infection and the doctor tried to tell me I had to see a ENT specialist and possibly go to the ER and might have hypothyroid. Two days later I went to Kaiser and got antibiotics and the doctor told me (while I cried in pain) that it was obviously infected and could have been detected two days ago, that it should not have gotten that bad. I told the scammy doctor about my friend's wedding the next day and difficulty with transportation with seeing a specialist in the next 24 hours and she still had her scam face on. I talked to her and her assistant about needing a prescription just like the pharmacist across the street just said to me at the time--it was obvious I had an ear infection from my description and pain. She didn't even look in my ear from what I remember! Even the receptionist was trying to tell my I may have to pay hundreds of dollars for the visit and discouraged me from calling my insurance (which I did and only paid the copay). The next day the assistant calls to ask if I am going to the ENT (which I did not since the pain had not kicked in again and gurgles helped a bit and it was the day of my friend's wedding) but they only wanted to know for their own corrupt gain. This place is desperate.



They should be investigated for malpractice.

The worst medical care I've ever received in my entire life. I waited for hours on end only to find out the idiotic doctor (Sintov) wouldn't write prescriptions with refills. He answered NONE of my questions. He was AWFUL!
