I've tried this mail center 3 different times over the course of 6-8 months and every time i was kept waiting with two employees and no other customers present. Just wasted 25 minutes of my life.

By mistake, the owner charged the rental fee twice for the same rental period. However, she was not willing to refund the wrong charge. Instead, they forced you to extend the rental period.



They misplaced the packages of their customers many times and could not find these packages even though UPS web site showed that they received the packages already. Customers had to stop by this store 2 or 3 times and asked them to look for the pakcages they misplaced.



Sometimes, there were service issues that need to be resolved. The owner did not return phone calls and lied that she was not in the office. However, her employees said that she was in the office on that day and have informed the owner to call customers back. Avoid this store.

They made mistakes, but they want their customers to pay for the mistakes they made. They misplaced the packages, and could not find them. Their customers have to come back 2 or 3 times to get the package.They charged for the box rental twice by mistake, but never refund for the wrong charge, instead they want you to have the service for the wrong charge.The owner did not call back her customers on her customers requests. She lied to customers that she was not in the office. However, her emplyees said that she was in the office on that day. Avoid this store.
