After a active vacation day with kids, the warm welcome and excellent food was very appreciated! Best catfish I have ever had!! The buffet was fresh, full, and tasted like it was right out of Mom's kitchen. Dud I mention the best catfish in town! When we return to Branson, the Wheelhouse will be our Go To restaurant!

I'll start by saying...they're trying!!! The place looks nice and big from outside. When we walked in we greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. The place was completely empty except for one table. There was a lady singing Patsy Cline type music. Everybody was real nice...that's the good news. We were there with 3 other families. We ordered wings for the adults and "hand breaded" chicken strips for the kids. The food took 45 minutes to arrive. The wings had good flavors but were served cold. Not one of the kids finished their kids meal. The other table of guests that were there left without eating their meals and complained about the food...their meal was waived! We should have done the same! It's a shame that such nice people are serving such bad food! Will not be back!!!

Highly recommend this restaurant for great food at reasonable prices and friendly service , we will definitely go back. One of the best restaurants in Branson !

I was shocked by the experiences listed previously. We absolutely loved this restaurant. We came after being at SDC all day and were wet, tired, and just wanted to get back to the hotel, but wanted a good meal. We definitely found it. We ordered it to go and everyone absolutely loved their food. The portions were huge, the service was excellent, and the food was great. We had the catfish, smoked brisket, a steak, and chicken fingers and everything was excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Huge tenderloin, great entertainment. Very good staff especially the hostess. Overall, one of my new favorite restaurants in Branson!

Known for their wings, but were out of boneless. Took them 45 minutes to figure out they were also out of ribs. Not worth the time or money!

This restaurant deserves a (-1star). We should have walked out as soon as we entered the door. Tried to order a drink and it took three people to say they don't even have a drink menu. The catfish is the worst we have ever eaten; the hushpuppies were unrecognizable. We mentioned it to the waiter and he said "let me see if we have some fresh ones in the back"! Only two other people in the restaurant and they were smarter than us. They ordered some simple appetizer and walked out. A lady who appeared to be the closest thing to a Manager took our money and asked how everything was. We told her and she just said "oh, sorry about that". NEVER, NEVER patronize this restaurant - it gives Branson a BAD name!

Don't waste your time or money. Unless you like real greasy cold food. For the price and location the food lacked taste , heat. Bronson always had and still have great restaurants; I was displeased with all aspects of this restaurant. Keep going in this direction and it won't be opened long

Worst food we had since we have been in Branson. Very expensive and buffet food was bland and had no flavor. When you come in a man comes to your table and takes a picture then comes back and tries to sell it to you for ten dollars then as you leave a lady tries to get you to buy discount show tickets. We felt very uncomfortable and became sick as we arrived to our room. They did not label the food so we had no idea what we ate and the vegetables were cooked in pork fat. The waitress was friendly and kept our drinks filled.
