      For over 15 years, Chef Julio has worked with some of the finest establishments in the Tampa Bay area including Mise en Place. For years, Chef Julio has been supplying a high demand of gourmet empanadas to higher-end restaurants for years because these restaurants simply could not find the authentic empanadas at any other place in the area. After supplying empanadas and consulting with many chefs and their restaurants, Chef Julio was in such high demand for his signature dishes and his passion for cooking that he decided it was time for his own restaurant and he could not be contained any longer. Julio's Gourmet Bistro was years in the making and locals that had already been aware of his fine reputation as a gourmet chef are now rushing to his bistro to get their favorite dishes. Chef Julio's mission is to bring the gourmet dining experience to all families at a casual price. With the freshest of ingredients and the most authentic recipes, you will see why Chef Julio has been sought after from chefs from other restaurants.
