This store is full of people trying to up-sell with high pressure sales. My wife traded in a galaxy s3 for an inferior phone the LG G2. You gotta hear the whole story unless you know the specs of every phone ever made. My wife was given a Galaxy S3 from her sister but the employees said it was an ATT phone and couldn't be used on the T Mobile network. The employee never mentioned there is a website to unlock phones for free and that would be the best option if she didn't want to spend $500 on a new phone. After all we have been with T- Mobile for 11 years. NOT ANYMORE NOW with ATT and very happy and paying less for myself and 2 children. At the store they told her how great LG G2 was without revealing any of the specs. The employees are like home shopping net work sellers. Just try and beat the customer for as much money as possible and make the sale. They will not give you real advice of what your best options are. I know my wife should have researched more but I think T Mobile employees should not lie about the specs on the phone by saying how much better the new phone would be, They have superior knowledge and not everyone knows the difference of electronic info, whether it is speed, gb or what my wife was sold on, "oh this has LTE speeds and your current phone doesn't. Well they have different processors and different storage capacity, different MP cameras. The phone they hard sold my wife with both the service representative and manager named SAM was worth $500 and the phone my wife traded in was worth $500(yes the same price) but they offered $63 dollars off the first bill if she gave her the Galaxy S3 which we all know will be unlocked and either taken by an employee. SO once I found out 3 hours later I asked to reverse the transaction and they refused to give the Galaxy back but she could return her phone that was purchased. The phone was in plain site and they refused to give it back. Obviously the manager or an employee had plans to take. They were droolng at the mouth when they were looking at it. These people are used car salesmen. Don't trust a word they say and go to another carrier. You will end up paying 33 a month for both the monthly payment of 20 on the phone and the 13 for phone insurance. That is 800 over 2 years they tried to sucker my poor wife into when she had a perfectly good phone with her, that they couldn't set her up with the T Mobile network but can accept it for a trade in. How does that make sense. Horrible customer service. PLEASE head my warning and stay far far away from them. They do not look out the loyal customers best interest. I probably gave them almost 17 grand over 11 years and thats the service I get. NEVER AGAIN.
