      After seeing all the good reviews I decided to give them a go....I stopped by their office several times & from what I experienced it was unorganized, they lost my paper with my personal info, they would never contact me back, unprofessional, they made me wait while they finished their conversation about what they are going to eat for lunch.....reach time I experienced irresponsibility on their part

      I've used other insurance companies in the past, but prefer the service of Robbins. They're more personal, and you don't feel like just another number with them.
