Purchased a used vehicle. Our first sales person was condescending and rude but the second was very nice so we purchased the vehicle from him. They were also able to provide a lower interest rate than offered by our credit union. All and all was a positive experience and would do business with Cox again in the future.

We have used Cox Chevrolet for 18 years and have had very good service.Prices are a little high for service work but I expect expert service for this price.No complaints about quality of work and always done on time as promised.Only negative is everytime you request necessary service they flood you with with a list of recommended service that is not necessary and is only a money maker for them!

Hi pressure sales to get us to buy. Within a week the brakes went bad on a 2011 with 20000 miles. They said it was just rust and they sanded it off. We hit the 30000 mile mark and the brakes are almost gone...and they will not repair them without us paying full price????? I assumed it was bumper to bumper until 35000 miles as explained. Won't go back!!!!!!!
